130419 Sistar members give back at home and abroad

 

Two members of four-piece girl group Sistar have released photos of themselves in Africa during their one-week visit last month. Hyorin and Soyu visited a small town in Liberia where residents make a living by cutting and polishing pebbles. The two helped carry up to 40-kilogram (88.1-pound) stones and then broke them into small pieces. They have also volunteered at a rehabilitation center for the disabled in northwestern Seoul with students and faculty members of Sungshin Women’s University.
