“One Fine Day” is K.Will’s fifth mini album with tracks by some of K-Pop’s hottest producers like singer-songwriter The Name, Xepy, who produced “Some,” andMin Yeon Jae. Title track “Day 1″ is produced by The Name and Megatone. The song tells the story of an ordinary man trying to confess to a girl he likes. The music video portrays the same story, starring actor Park Min Woo, currently appearing in the variety show “Roommate,” and K.Will’s labelmate, Soyu of SISTAR.

140624 Soyu predicts which SISTAR members will marry first + reveals whom she wants a duet with next

On the June 24 edition of KBS 2TV“s “1 Vs. 100,” Soyu revealed her predictions on which SISTAR members would be the first to marry.

She said, “Among the SISTAR members, I think the maknae, Dasom, will be the first to marry. I think she”ll go first without knowing much. Bora also said she wanted to get married quickly. Hyorin and I have a lot of career ambitions, but in the end, I think I”ll be the last to go,” and laughed.

In relation to her ideal type, she chose Gong Yoo and Lee Jae Hoon, saying she was attracted to older men who”d be able to handle her. She had said this before, but she again stated, “It doesn”t matter how much older he is as long as we can communicate and I do not feel the age difference. However, he must be younger than my mom.”

She also talked about duets as she recently had a successful promotional run with JungGiGo for “Some.” She said, “There are a lot of people who ask me, “When are you singing a duet with me?”, guys who say, “Sing a duet with me,” and friends who say, “We should [sing a duet] sometime.” I like Dynamic Duo, so I want to try one with them and it”d be an honor. I also want to try with Yoon Mi Rae and Beenzino,” explaining that she had tried duets with many people, so she wanted to try them with people of a different musical tendency and see what the result would be.

Soyou will be the heroine for K.Will’s comeback music video.

On June 20th, Starship Entertainment uploaded a photo of Soyou through official Twitter. She was dressing in a school uniform and with her long hair falling over her shoulder, it helped emphasize on her innocent and pure charm which is different from Sistar’s usual sexy image.

140320 Soyou Shares Her Secret To An S-Line

The S-line eludes many girls this time of the year because, frankly, we didn”t really have to show our bodies in the freezing cold. Instead, we wrapped our bodies with more clothes. However, the cold winter is now passing, and it”s time to think about pursuing (or maintaining) that healthy body figure.

As with any effective weight loss program, we need a coach, and who better to coach a diet than SISTAR”s Soyou, who has the S-line with a capital “S”? According to Soyou, a meaningful and lasting diet takes three things into account – food, exercise, and fashion.

So first things first, what does Soyou eat to maintain her figure?

Soyou explained her need for a diet, saying, “When I was younger, I was skinny no matter how much I ate. I”m not like that anymore, sadly, so I really have to watch what I eat. This is especially so because maintaining my figure has to do with my career as well.”

One of her main principles is to stay away from salt. She said, “I like to eat food that is not salty. Salty foods tend to make you overeat. Just by lowering your sodium intake, you can lose a lot of weight. Staying away from soupy foods like ramen is a must.”

Soyou also explained her unique 12-hour rule, saying “”Not eating after 8 PM” is one of the basic principles of a successful diet. I go a step further and include a 12-hour no food rule – if I ate last at 8 PM, for example, I make it a point not to eat anything until 8 AM next morning.”

Soyou shared her diet plan with us, saying, “You should choose which foods you want to consume for yourself, but I”ll tell you what I ate to lose weight. I had a cup of Americano in the morning around 10 AM. I had brown rice, fried eggs, stir-fried vegetables and tofu in the afternoon around 12:30 PM, and I ended my day eating a chicken breast salad and two boiled eggs sans the yolk.”

Soyou then explained her exercise routines, saying, “No diet works without an exercise plan. The truth is, I love to eat, so I”m constantly paying it off through exercise. I mostly do aerobic exercises after breakfast. I do those for about an hour and spend another hour doing the hip-up exercise. I also found the best way to get a six-pack abs is to use the AB strap and do hanging leg raises.”

Soyou added that fashion is a necessary component of diets, saying, “I believe fashion is a major point of emphasis when dieting. When I wear clothes that stick to me like skinny jeans and tight shirts, it gives me a sense of urgency that keeps me focused on my diet, not to mention the feeling satisfaction of moving down sizes.”

Finally, Soyou added that women need good posture, saying, “Posture is also important. Having straight shoulders and back will help create the S-line in women. Finally, make sure you know where you gain weight first. I personally know when I gain weight because my cheeks get bigger, so I massage it constantly to keep the fat from staying there.”

Soyou and JungGiGo wrapped up their promotion of “Some”.

Soyou and JungGiGo staged their final performance of “Some” on SBS “Inkigayo” yesterday. After its release in February, “Some” has received explosive responses from music fans, awarding Soyou and JungGiGo with first place trophies in many music programs.

Soyou, on SISTAR”s official Twitter, wrote: “Soyou and JungGiGo”s “Some” promos are now over! We were so happy and ecstatic at the support and love. Thank you so much! I”ll be returning with SISTAR soon~ Wait for me!”

JungGiGo also thanked fans: “Our six-week promo has finally come to a close. We”re so thankful for the love you all sent. Although “Some” promos are over, this is finally the start! Thank you.”

Meanwhile, Soyou and JungGiGo”s “Some” held top spots in music charts even with the comeback of Girls” Generation, 2NE1, and CNBLUE. Soyou comes back with SISTAR while Junggigo is projected to prepare for his new album.

140304 Girls’ Generation & 2NE1 Can’t Beat Soyou & Junggigo’s ‘Some’?

Korea”s leading girl groups 2NE1 and Girls” Generation couldn”t stop the “Some” wave. The duet is still going strong at relay number 1 wins on various music programs and even music charts.

SISTAR”s Soyou and hip hop singer JungGiGo released their song “Some” on February 7th. This second collaboration project of Starship X is a medium tempo duet song. Geeks” Lil Boi lent his voice to the song and joined Soyou and Junggigo in creating an addictive song. “Some” lyrics express the feelings that go between a man and woman before they actually start dating. It has lyrics that are very relatable, and has been receiving much love from the public.

Since “Some” was released, it”s been riding high. Korea”s biggest MelOn Charts ranked “Some” as number 1 for a long time. Girls” Generation”s title song “Mr.Mr” and 2NE1″s title song “Come Back Home” were released on February 24th and 27th, respectively. As soon as the songs were released, they shot to the top of music charts, but it didn”t even stay there for a full 48 hours before they were replaced. The best girl groups in Korea could not defeat the “Some” wave.

Eventually “Some” found its place again in the number 1 spot on the real-time charts and daily charts. Not only that, “Some” also took the number 1 trophy on various music programs back to back. Its first win was on MBC Music”s “Show Champion” on February 19th. Not only that, it won number 1 on five different music programs that week, including Mnet “M! Countdown” on February 20th, KBS2 “Music Bank” on February 21st, MBC “Show! Music Core” on February 22nd, and SBS “Inkigayo” on February 23rd.

The duet song”s popularity is still evident a week later. With the exception of the February 26th broadcast of “Show Champion”, which didn”t announce a winner, and the March 2nd broadcast of “Inkigayo”, on which Sunmi”s “Full Moon” took the number 1 win, “Some” took their 2nd consecutive win on the February 27th week broadcasts of “M! Countdown”, “Music Bank”, and “Show! Music Core”. So far Soyou and Junggigo”s “Some” already has 8 trophies, a record for 2014 (as of March 2nd)! They”re tied with B1A4″s “Lonely” for most trophies so far.
